Chaozhou Ohwa Energy Co., Ltd. is a wholly-owned subsidiary in China of Ouhua Energy holding Co., Ltd.which incorporated in Bermuda. The Company listed in Singapore on November 3, 2006 by the acquisition and reorganization of partialassets of Chaozhou Huafeng Gas Plant Co., Ltd. The Company specializes in the import and export, production, storage/transportation, sales/distribution services of LPG. It is one of the largest importers and distributors of LPG in China.
The Company has an annual designed capacity of 900000 tons with 124,000m³storage tanks and a complete production facility including a special wharf (3 berths of 50,000 tons, 5,000 tons and 2,000 tons) .
Utilizing the network information technology, the Company is building up a competitive network of sales/marketing, logistics distribution and service to providegreen energy and the high-quality services to the domestic and foreign countries. The business areas cover Southeast Asian countries and domestic Guangdong, Fujian, Hainan, Jiangxi, Zhejiang provinces and other places, with more than 200 secondary and tertiary LPG dealers.
